Recently I’ve been in a bit of a depressive funk. I developed a 10.5 system to get out of it. It’s FOOLPROOF, in that most fools aren’t depressed so they don’t need my system.

Get yo ass out of bed.
Find and awesome playlist to be the soundtrack to your day.
Keep yo self busy with projects.
Get yo ass out of the house.
Repeat STEP 3.
HAVE YOU EATEN YET!??
Take a mo’fuckin’ shower. When was the last time you shaved?
Exercise, because endorphins are nature’s antidepressants.
I don’t have a step 9.
Now, give yourself a pat on the back, because we all deserve some recognition.
